This position will serve as the Administrative Assistant for the Chief of Medical Officer and Director of Transplant Service and Chief of the Division of Liver and GI Transplant. Duties include: Assist the Director in the conduct of clinical and research administration of the Division of Transplantation. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Director’s office. Maintain effective operation of the Director’s office performing assigned duties and meeting the needs of clinical and research faculty. Serve as liaison for Director in community-related affairs and patient care. Coordinate and edit clinical and research manuscripts, abstracts and chapters submitted for publication. Arrange administrative meetings and conferences. Assist the Director in preparation and submission of grant proposals. Handle confidential information and perform other related assignments.

The minimum qualifications for this position are as follows: High School Diploma or equivalent education and five years of related experience. Any appropriate combination of relevant education, certifications and/or work experience will be considered.
