The Clinical Access, Site Registration Department, is seeking a Sr. Patient Access Representative to work in the Palm Beach Gardens Clinic. The individual in this position will be responsible for the registration of patients to the clinic based on multiple types of services and prioritizes registrations, as appropriate. Obtains pertinent information from patient, informs the patient or their representatives of financial requirements, collecting when necessary according to established guidelines and financial policy.

The minimum qualifications for this position are as follows:  High School Diploma or equivalent education is required.  Three (3) years of patient related clerical experience in a hospital/ medical setting or relevant experience is required.  Experience registering patients, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance is preferred.  Excellent customer service skills are required.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.  Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.  Proficiency with a computer including Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.  Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications will be considered.
