The Office Coordinator assists with planning, organizing and coordinating all aspects of the Information Systems office.  Will maintain schedule of meetings supported by this department as well as all preparation required for the meeting. Manages and follows up on day to day activities of the office. This position requires critical thinking as well as managerial skills for self directed activities of the office. Essential responsibilities include: the ability to retrieve, communicate and present information verbally and in writing and in a professional demeanor; the ability communicate effectively; and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information. .

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of experience working in a fast paced office environment. Some college education preferred. Any combination of relevant education, work experience, and / or certifications will be considered.
