The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team. This position will be the main contact person for members of the Miami Project Faculty and scientific staff on a daily basis. This position directly reports to the Center Director.
The minimum qualifications for this position are as follows: Bachelorís degree and five (5) years relevant experience are required. This position requires exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility and prioritization to respond to multiple faculty requests simultaneously and provide coverage for office staff on an as needed basis. Expertise with various computer programs including WordPerfect, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook are required, others such as Excel are preferred. Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications will be considered.
