The University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics has an immediate opening for a Senior Research Associate 3, SOM. The individual in this role will be responsible for critical components of the sponsored programs/grants as per the PI. Responsibilities include scientific lead for all dietary data collected in multiple ongoing and new nutrition related research protocols in the Division Pediatric Clinical Research, including 5 cohort studies (Nutritional Component of PHACS, HIV Nutrition and Exercise, HIV-Exposed Infants Growth, Cancer Survivors, Cardiomiopathy and ASA-24 DIetary recall for USDA-SPonsored Pre-school). Scientific coordination and consultation on regularly scheduled data monitoring board with group of investigators and research team in 15 different research sites across the country for the Nutritional Component of SMART/PHACS study, a mulitcenter, multidisciplinary and collaborative study.   

Masterís in Public Health or other health science field, RD, CDN preferred, not required. At least 3 years professional experience, preferred in a medical academic or clinical setting. Spanish preferred not required. Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications will be considered.
