The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Department of Neurology, has an opportunity available for a Postdoctoral Associate, located at the Medical Campus. The individuals will will involve conduct neuropsychological testing of neurology and psychiatry patients and clinical research. Clinical research projects in the areas of Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, dementia (AD, FTD) and mild cognitive impairment, closed head injury, cerebral vascular disease, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, and demyelinating disease are underway. Seminars are available in neurology, neuropathology and neuroimaging as well as weekly grand rounds in neurology and psychiatry. Preference will be given to individuals who speak Spanish and have a strong research interest in either clinical neuropsychology or the neurosciences.

Minimum PhD in Psychology. Training in neuropsychological assessment and an interest in cognitive neuroscience is preferred.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is beneficial.  Any appropriate combination of education, certifications, and/or relevant work experience will be considered.
