PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) on Project Planning.
  • Collaborate with Manager, Training IT to develop and implement course communications related to learning opportunities based on identified needs.
  • Develop and maintain training schedule and change management events.
  • Ensure materials, equipment, and supplies required for training are ordered, and setup for training activities.
  • Enter courses, events, and sessions in the learning management system (ULearn and Blackboard Collaborate).
  • Track and monitor attendance of various sessions for all ERP Training and Change Management team initiatives.
  • Schedule and manage training equipment (laptops) movement.
  • Monitor and report on IT training department inventory.
  • Advise and coach all levels of end users on learning opportunities offered to achieve the goals of the project.
  • Assist as needed in coordinating training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials required for delivering effective learning opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES (KSA): 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability collaborate with diverse groups.
  • Exceptional proofreading and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong influencing and partnering skills with the ability to navigate across the organization.
  • Service oriented.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with e-learning software preferred.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field; and
  • 2 years' relevant experience in Human Resources; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
